Classification and Compensation Study Meeting Dates
County employees are invited to attend a communication session conducted by Segal Waters Consulting regarding the County's Classification and Compensation Study. The goal of these sessions is to review the project timeline and most importantly review the Job Description Questionnaire (JDQ) process and the employees' role in the Classification and Compensation Study. We ask that you support this Study by completing the JDQ for your job classification.
This Study will help us improve our practices of defining job tasks and responsibilities while managing employee compensation in a competitive, fair and equitable manner.
