Administrative closings of Probate Cases.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), individuals with disabilities (as defined by the ADA) may be entitled to accommodations to participate in Court hearings or other business with the Court. The determination of whether a specific accommodation will be provided generally rests with the judge assigned to your case.
Individuals with limited English proficiency may request the services of a foreign language interpreter to assist them during court proceedings. Parties, witnesses, and other persons with a substantial interest in the case or court proceeding may be entitled to interpreter services.
