Tax Foreclosure Assistance

Hello and thank you for taking the initiative to visit our website. Are you facing tax foreclosure because of unpaid 2014 taxes? If so, March 31st is the deadline to pay or set up a plan to avoid losing your home. The time to act is now! To do nothing is your worst option. My staff and I are here to help. Below we have listed a few steps to assist you with this stressful process. - Lawrence Rocca

For properties facing Tax Foreclosure in 2017:

As part of the foreclosure judgment, you can redeem your property by paying the 2014 and prior year taxes by March 31, 2017.

The first step is to obtain the balance of your 2014 and prior year property taxes. You can find that balance using the property owner's name and/or the property address.
